Anything a remodel or small demo leaves behind. Sorted on the truck so recyclables aren’t buried in landfill loads. When a dumpster is overkill or just not allowed.

Every construction debris removal call across Western Massachusetts runs the same way: a quick scope on the phone or via photos, a fixed quote in writing, and a two-person crew with the right gear. Stairs, tight doorways, basements, and second-story decks are routine.

Common Reasons

When people call.

When a dumpster is overkill or just not allowed.

01

Single-room remodel

Kitchen demo doesn’t fill a 20-yard container, but it fills a garage. Truck handles it in one load.

02

HOA or town rules

Driveway is too short for a dumpster, or the town permit process is more work than it’s worth. Truck-based pickup skips both.

03

Contractor leftovers

Job site closed and the contractor left a pile in the side yard. Cleared without a back-and-forth call to the GC.

04

Storm damage cleanup

A wind event ripped shingles off, knocked the fence down, and dropped a section of soffit. Cleared in a single visit so the insurance walk-through goes smoothly.

How It Works

Simple from start to finish.

Truck-based, no dumpster needed.

01

Photo or site walk

Send a few photos or have the crew swing through during the estimate window. Fixed quote in writing.

02

Load & sort

Crew separates recyclables (metal, clean lumber, drywall) from landfill on the truck so disposal is cheaper and cleaner.

03

Final sweep

Site gets broom-swept. Nails magnet-swept on driveways. You’re ready for the next contractor or the inspection.

FAQ

Common questions about construction debris.

Is this cheaper than renting a dumpster?
For loads under about 6 cubic yards, almost always yes. Dumpster rentals add permit fees, driveway protection, and a flat weekly cost even for a one-day project. Truck-based pickup is one fee for one visit.
Do you handle asbestos or lead paint debris?
No. Anything flagged as asbestos-containing (some old tile, some old insulation, some old roofing) needs a licensed abatement contractor. The crew won’t load suspect material. If you’re unsure, get a test first.
Can you take concrete and brick?
Yes, in reasonable quantities. Full slabs and large foundation breakups route to a concrete recycler. Smaller patio chunks or a pile of brick fits on the truck. Tell us the volume during scoping.
How quickly can a contractor cleanup happen?
Most are same-day or next-day. Coordinate with your contractor so the pile is staged and the crew can load straight into the truck without picking through tools or active materials.
What if I’m doing the demo myself this weekend?
Book the pickup for Monday or Tuesday. Pile the debris in one accessible spot (driveway, garage bay, side yard). The crew handles the rest while you’re back at work.
Do you recycle, or does it all go to landfill?
Sorted on the truck. Clean lumber, metals, drywall, and shingles route to dedicated recyclers in Western Mass and the Pioneer Valley. Mixed or contaminated material lands at the transfer station only when there’s no diversion option.
