What We Provide

Junk Removal Western Mass is a marketing and referral service. We connect people across Western Massachusetts with an independent junk hauler. We do not haul, remove, or dispose of anything, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a hauler.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, be available, quote your job, accept your job, or complete it to your satisfaction. We do not guarantee pricing, timelines, workmanship, licensing, or insurance coverage of any contractor.

Any contract for work is between you and that contractor. Disputes about the work are between you and them.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, and that you are the property owner or otherwise authorised to arrange work at the address you give us.

You are responsible for verifying a contractor's license, insurance, bonding, and references before agreeing to any work.

Consent To Be Contacted

By submitting the form or calling the number on this site, you are asking to be contacted about your request, and you agree that the independent junk hauler your details are passed to may contact you by phone or text about it. We do not contact you ourselves. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and message and data rates may apply.

Estimates And Information

Prices, ranges, timelines, permit information, and code references on this site are general and provided for guidance only. They are not offers and they are not binding. Requirements change and vary by jurisdiction and homeowner association.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, harvest, or bulk download this site, submit false enquiries, use the site to send unsolicited marketing, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

Text, layout, and graphics on this site are owned by Junk Removal Western Mass or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not republish, resell, or copy the content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts, Massachusetts, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Severability And Changes

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms at any time, and the version posted here is the one in force.
